Tours:

  Sorry but we will not give tours of the cottages nor the address.  We ask that you not trespass on the property to “check it out”.    We ask that you honor this policy for not only your privacy when you are with us but for all of our guest’s privacy. 

How we Guarantee to honor your reservation...

Reservations paid for 30 days in advance of reservation date on credit card.

If your reservation date falls within the next 30 days, your card will be charged when the reservation is made. 

Credit Card Guaranteed Reservations- All reservations paid in advance.
14-Day Prior Cancellation Policy- Deadline to cancel or change reservation is 14 day prior to your reservation.       We happily Refund payment minus a Cancellation Fee  of 10% if cancellation is made before the 14 day deadline.

You will receive a written confirmation & receipt via email or mail showing our intent to honor your reservation and make your visit wonderful and magical. 

There are no exceptions (including weather and family emergencies) to these deadlines. All Sales are Final after the cancellation deadline.

If weather or personal conflicts might be a problem for you, please consider purchasing trip insurance when reserving online
